ABOUT 

My name is Ann Taylor. I trained with the College of Bowen Studies.

After having lower back pain for a number of years and trying various therapies, I finally booked a Bowen Treatment. After 3 treatments my back was pain free. I personally have found it has helped neck pain/restrictions with the added benefits of relaxation and stress relief.

The Bowen Station is situated at The Bodywork Centre in the centre of Hexham.  ,

I may also incorporate structural assessment, scar release work, fascia Bowen (very light touch), ways to help vagus nerve and cranial sacrum therapy if the client wishes.
